Legal agreement governing your use of our platform
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or using any Service provided by ratu43, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close Your Account.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and ratu43. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms (as described in Section 13) shall constitute acceptance of those amendments.
Online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in many jurisdictions. It is Your responsibility to ensure that Your use of ratu43 complies with all applicable laws in Your place of residence. ratu43 operates under an international license and is not licensed by the Indonesian government. By using this Platform, You acknowledge that online gambling occupies a legal gray area in Indonesia and accept all associated risks.
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an Account, deposit funds, or place any Wager on the Platform. ratu43 strictly enforces this age restriction. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.
The Platform is intended for use by residents of Indonesia. Users must be physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform or placing Wagers. We employ geolocation technology to verify User location. Circumventing these restrictions through VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.
Each User is permitted only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is prohibited. If We detect multiple Accounts linked to the same individual (through matching personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, or other identifying data), We reserve the right to suspend or close all associated Accounts, void any pending Wagers, and confiscate Bonuses or winnings obtained through such violation.
During registration, You must provide accurate, current, and complete information including Your legal name as it appears on Your Indonesian identity card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update Your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
The following individuals are not eligible to create an Account or use the Platform:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share Your credentials with any third party. Any activity occurring under Your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by You. You agree to immediately notify ratu43 if You suspect unauthorized access to Your Account.
ratu43 is committed to preventing underage gambling, fraud, money laundering, and identity theft. To this end, We require all Users to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification typically involves:
We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of Your first withdrawal request may result in Account suspension. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are securely stored.
For withdrawals exceeding Rp 100.000.000 or in cases where suspicious activity is detected, ratu43 may require enhanced due diligence, including source of funds verification. You may be asked to provide documentation demonstrating the legitimate origin of deposited Funds (employment contracts, business registration documents, tax returns, inheritance documents, etc.).
ratu43 accepts deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit per transaction is Rp 50.000.000 for bank transfers and Rp 10.000.000 for e-wallets, unless otherwise specified. Deposits are typically credited to Your Account instantly, though bank processing times may vary.
You may only deposit Funds from payment methods registered in Your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded (minus processing fees) without exception. Deposited Funds must originate from legitimate sources. We reserve the right to refuse deposits that We believe may be linked to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through Your Account dashboard. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 100.000.000. We aim to process withdrawals within 15 minutes during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM WIB, Monday through Friday) and within 24 hours during weekends and public holidays. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in Your name. We do not permit third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. If We detect inconsistencies between deposit and withdrawal methods, We may delay processing pending additional verification.
ratu43 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. We are not responsible for fees charged by third-party financial institutions.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x wagering requirement) before withdrawal. For example, if You deposit Rp 1.000.000, You must place Wagers totaling at least Rp 1.000.000 before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies to both bonus-free deposits and deposits used to claim Bonuses (which carry separate Bonus wagering requirements as described in Section 6).
ratu43 offers various Bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and free spins. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly displayed on the promotion page at the time of the offer. By claiming a Bonus, You agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from the Bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 40x the Bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. For example, a Rp 1.000.000 Bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 30.000.000 in Wagers before withdrawal.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute 10-20%, and sports bets contribute based on odds (e.g., only bets on odds 1.50 or higher may count). Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
While a Bonus is active and wagering requirements are unfulfilled, the following restrictions apply:
ratu43 reserves the right to void Bonuses and confiscate winnings if We determine that a User has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, wagering patterns designed to exploit Bonus terms (hedging, low-risk betting), or colluding with other Users. All Bonus decisions are final and at Our sole discretion.
Bonuses typically expire 7-30 days after issuance, depending on the specific promotion. Unused or partially wagered Bonuses will be removed from Your Account upon expiration.
All Wagers placed on the Platform are governed by the rules specific to each game type (sports betting, casino games, slots, togel, sabung ayam). These rules are available on the Platform and You are responsible for understanding them before placing Wagers. In the event of a dispute, ratu43's interpretation of game rules shall be final.
Sports betting Wagers are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing sports body. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, Wagers are typically voided and stakes refunded, unless otherwise specified in the betting rules. Settlement of Wagers is based on the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated (e.g., "match result including overtime").
All casino games and slots use certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent third parties. Return to player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game. Malfunction voids all pays and plays—if a technical error occurs, the affected Wagers may be voided at ratu43's discretion.
Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional studios. In the event of streaming disruption or dealer error, the affected round may be voided and stakes refunded. Video evidence from the live stream is the definitive record for dispute resolution.
If manifestly incorrect odds are offered due to technical error (e.g., odds of 1000.00 offered on a clear favorite), ratu43 reserves the right to void Wagers placed at those odds. Similarly, if winnings are credited incorrectly due to system malfunction, We reserve the right to adjust Your Account Balance to reflect the correct amount.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, confiscation of Funds, and/or legal action:
ratu43 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We maintain strict AML policies in accordance with international standards. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities. Users engaging in money laundering will have their Accounts closed and Funds frozen pending investigation.
While We strive to maintain uninterrupted service, ratu43 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond Our reasonable control (force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyber attacks).
The Platform integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and geolocation services. ratu43 is not responsible for failures, errors, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that You may lose money by using the Platform. ratu43 is not liable for any financial loss You incur through Wagering. You are solely responsible for managing Your gambling budget and making informed decisions about Your participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ratu43's total liability to You for any claims arising from Your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited into Your Account during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ratu43 disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You may close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, You may withdraw any remaining Funds in Your Account Balance (subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any wagering requirements). Accounts with unfulfilled Bonus wagering requirements will forfeit Bonus Funds upon closure. Self-excluded Users cannot withdraw Funds until the self-exclusion period expires (see our Responsible Gaming Policy).
ratu43 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close Your Account at any time, with or without notice, if We determine that You have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or if We have reason to believe Your Account is being used for fraudulent purposes. Upon termination for cause, We may confiscate Funds in Your Account representing winnings obtained through violations, though legitimately deposited Funds will be returned (minus any owed fees or chargebacks).
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. ratu43 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 on dormant Accounts until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. You will be notified via email before any dormancy fees are assessed.
If You have a complaint regarding Your Account, a Wager, or any aspect of the Platform, You must contact our customer support team via Live Chat, WhatsApp, or email within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. We will investigate and respond to Your complaint within 10 business days. Please provide as much detail as possible including Your Account username, transaction IDs, timestamps, and screenshots if applicable.
If You are not satisfied with Our initial response, You may escalate Your complaint to our senior management team by emailing [email protected]. Escalated disputes will be reviewed by an independent internal team and a final decision rendered within 30 days. ratu43's decision on all disputes is final and binding.
ratu43 maintains comprehensive records of all transactions, Wagers, and Account activity. In the event of a dispute, Our records shall be considered definitive evidence. You may request a copy of Your transaction history at any time.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ratu43 is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or Your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that it is Your responsibility to ensure Your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in Indonesia. ratu43 operates under an international license and is not licensed by Indonesian authorities. By using the Platform, You accept all legal risks associated with online gambling in Indonesia.
ratu43 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to Your registered email address and by posting a notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect 14 days after notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If You do not agree to the changes, You must close Your Account before the effective date.
